Get Kids Going

Running for kids who cannot.

Get Kids Going is the charity that I am running for.

I have always enjoyed playing sport and apart from a time after being over enthusiastic on a skateboard, I have been fit and able to play. For this, I consider myself to be fortunate. Get Kids Going provide wheelchairs, other sports equipment and training for disabled children so that they can fully participate in sport and have the same pleasure that I have had from sport.

So

£10  -  will get me started.

£26  -  will keep me for going for every mile

£50  -  will get me to the finish with a smile

£100 - buys a pair of kids racing gloves

£250 - buys a speed meter and two wheelchair push rims to keep kids racing

£500 - buys two wheels for a lightweight sports wheelchair

£900 - buys the frame of a sports wheelchair

£1600 - pays for half a sports wheel chair

£2500 - pays for a disabled child's sports training and travel to sports events

£3200 - pays for a sports wheelchair for a youngster who dreams of being a paralympic champion.

Fund raising and Just Giving

I am aware that people are not happy with using "Just Giving" but Just Giving is the preferred method of fund raising of the charity (GetKidsGoing) that I am running for.
